Beauty Direct Moves Into New Zealand

NEW ZEALAND: Internet retailer Beauty Direct announced plans to establish New Zealand’s first listed pharmacy group. The company will pay up to $38.4 million to acquire a 49% stake in 17 Liphe Pharmacy stores and a Unichem store. Collectively, the stores have sales of about $95 million a year, according to Beauty Direct executives....
